Who have surname Banda, they are the only stone cutters. we can see those people everywhere in india because of their work. society knows this people only very well. but there are business people, politicians and many more in this cast. and also who are financially poor, uneducated they are doing this works now. so don't confuse, some media people also trying to help them to expose in media. but settled people are feeling very bad to this exposure.In the Vadde caste, who have "Banda" surname people only have traditionally been stone cutters. and also some other cast people also who don't have education,poor whatever the reasons they also merged and doing this stone cutting works, building construction works. so finally nowadays 70% of the people are in well settled, Middle class, 30% of the people doing rock works. The effects of mechanisation, usually financed and run by higher caste groups, has caused this change and government recognition of the issues has led to them being designated as an Other Backward Class.
