Tessa Mary Isabel Balfour, Countess of Balfour, is a British peeress.Biography
Balfour was born on 30 September 1950 to Miles Fitzalan-Howard, 17th Duke of Norfolk, and his wife Anne.
On 14 July 1971, Balfour married Roderick Balfour. They have four children:
