Takano, Hiroshima
Takano was a town located in Hiba District, Hiroshima Prefecture, Japan.
As of March 2011, the town had a population of 2,120 and a density of 13.32 persons per km². The total area was 159.18 km².
On March 31, 2005, Takano, along with the towns of Hiwa, Kuchiwa, Saijō and Tōjō, and the town of Sōryō, was merged into the expanded city of Shōbara.
