Stara Kamienica is a village in Jelenia Góra County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. It is the seat of the administrative district called Gmina Stara Kamienica.
It lies approximately west of Jelenia Góra, and west of the regional capital Wrocław.
