Salvage, Newfoundland and Labrador
Salvage is a town in the Canadian province of Newfoundland and Labrador. The town had a population of 124 in the Canada 2016 Census.
CBC Radio host Michael Enright calls the walk from Salvage to Eastport the most beautiful in the world.
A fishing community, Salvage had a fish processing plant which was destroyed by fire in 2001. A new plant was built and operated from 2002 to 2012.
