Pakdasht County

Pakdasht County is a county in Tehran Province in Iran. The capital of the county is Pakdasht. At the 2006 census, the county's population was 240,841, in 61,234 families. The county is subdivided into two districts: the Central District and Sharifabad District. The county has three cities: Pakdasht, Ferunabad and Sharifabad. Pakdasht is center of flower production in Iran. About 800,000 hectares of greenhouses for produce flower exist in this area.
