Otto Speck


Otto Speck - pedagogue and university teacher from Germany. He was born on March 25, 1926. He was awarded the Bavarian Order of Merit, the ConSozial Science Prize, the Commander's Cross of the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany, the Bavarian Maximilian Order for Science and Art.
