Nick Nanton is an award winning director, agent, and author. He is a 15-time Emmy winner for directing and producing the documentaries Operation Toussaint, Rudy Ruettiger: The Walk On, Triple Take, and Visioneer. Nanton is the founder and CEO of The Dicks and Nanton Celebrity Branding Agency. Nanton has been interviewed by The New York Times for his expertise in business branding and growth strategies, co-authors a regular column in Fast Company and has been featured in "The Next Big Thing," radio program and podcast. He has been cited by other publications for his expert views on celebrity marketing and social media such as the Los Angeles Times and the Orlando Sentinel. Nanton is a partner at the law firm Dicks & Nanton where he practices liability, trademark, and entertainment law. He was voted "Best of the Bar 2007" by his peers as published by the Orlando Business Journal. Nanton is a member of the Florida Bar, the Orange Country Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He has also served on the Executive Council of the Florida Bar's Entertainment, Arts & Sports Law Section and was also the Chairman of the Orange County Bar Association's Entertainment Law Section. In 2018, Nanton directed a documentary about Joe Polish called, Connected: The Joe Polish Story. The film premiered at the Phoenix Film Festival in 2019. It features a series of testimonials, including from Tony Robbins. In 2019, Nanton directed Dream Big: Rudy Ruettiger Live on Broadway. The show will play in the Samuel J. Friedman Theatre February 11, 2019. Nanton currently serves on the board of the X Prize Foundation. Nanton partners with Serial Entrepreneur Russell Brunson, co-founder of ClickFunnels, to co-produce the upcoming documentary, titled Operation Toussaint where they'll reveal the story of Operation Underground Railroad. Former Homeland Security Special Agent/Undercover Operator and CIA analyst, Tim Ballard, founded O.U.R. based on multiple experiences of knowing where children were being trafficked across the globe, but not being able to help them in his federal role if there was no connection to the U.S. government.
