Nicholas Spreckley


Nicholas Spreckley - British diplomat (1934-1994). Counsellor and Head of Chancery, Embassy, Japan 1976-1978, Head of European Community (Internal) Department, Foreign and Commonwealth Office 1979-1983, Ambassador to South Korea 1983-1986, High Commissioner to Malaysia 1. He was born in 1934 and died in 1994.
