Mark S. Davis is an American trial lawyer based in Honolulu.Career
Mark Davis is a member of the Inner Circle of Advocates, and has served as its president. He is a member of the American College of Trial Lawyers, and is a current member and on the Board of Governors of the American Association for Justice.
In 2005, Mark Davis was given the Harriet Bouslog Loio Ku Kahi Award for exceptional legal contributions by the American Civil Liberties Union of Hawaii. In recent years, he has lectured and written on the subject of trial advocacy and is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Hawaii Law School.
