Marina Kosteņecka


Marina Kosteņecka - writer and opinion journalist from Latvia. She was born on August 25, 1945 in Riga. She graduated from the Maxim Gorky Literature Institute, the Riga Stradiņš University. She was awarded the Order of the Three Stars, 5th Class.
