MD Productions


MD Productions is a Pakistani television and film production company based in Karachi, Pakistan. It is founded by Momina Duraid and Duraid Qureshi, son of Sultana Siddiqui.

History

The Production House is known for producing notable television serials such as Zindagi Gulzar Hai, Pani Jaisa Piyar and Sadqay Tumhare. Its most successful television serial Humsafar is believed to have changed the Pakistani drama industry. MD Productions produced its first film in 2015 Bin Roye which received positive reviews internationally. Some of their most successful recent work include Suno Chanda, Dar Si Jaati Hai Sila, O Rangreza, Yakeen Ka Safar, Diyar e Dil, Hum Thehrey Gunehgaar, Bisaat e Dil, Sanwari, and Jaal. The Productions house also introduces many renowned faces of Pakistani television industry including Mahira Khan, Fawad Khan, Iqra Aziz, Zara Noor Abbas, Sarah Khan, Danish Taimoor, Ayeza Khan, Aiman Khan.
