Louis François Coutard


Louis François Coutard - French soldier, politician and officer. He was born on February 19, 1769 in Ballon and died on March 22, 1852 in Paris. He was awarded the Grand Cross of the Royal and Military Order of Saint Louis, the Grand Cross of the Legion of Honour.
