Les Ventes
Les Ventes is a commune in the Eure department in Normandy in northern France.
In World War II American pilot Lt. Billie D. Harris died after crashing in combat near the town. Since his death the town has memorialized him, and he was initially buried there. His wife, Peggy, was unaware of the status of her husband until 2005.Population
