Korea Fund
The Korea Fund is a United States-based mutual fund management investment company created in the 1980s to let U.S. retail investors buy a stake in the South Korean economy. Korea Fund is a closed-end fund which is different from more common open-end funds as closed-end funds trade on stock exchanges just like any other stocks. In open-end funds investors buy and sell shares by dealing directly with the fund.
