Sponsored by Thai convenience store chain CP Freshmart, he won the vacant WBC Youth World minimumweight title in his professional debut on June 22, 2012, defeating Marzon Cabilla by a sixth-round technical decision. He successfully made seven consecutive defenses before vacating the minor title.Knockout then defeated Carlos Buitrago by unanimous decision to win the vacant WBA minimumweight interim title on October 1, 2014. Knockout's first defense came against 44-year-old former two-time world champion Muhammad Rachman. He won the fight via a wide unanimous decision. Knockout scored a knockout for the first time since claiming the interim world title in July 2015, against Alexis Diaz. Knockout dropped Diaz twice before the referee waved off the fight, giving Knockout a technical knockout win. On April 2016, Knockout went on to rematch Buitrago, winning a wider unanimous decision to defend his title.
The WBA then ordered a match-up between interim champion Knockout CP Freshmart and their full champion Byron Rojas on April 2016. Rojas was previously the WBA champion and had defeated WBA champion Hekkie Budler to win the full title. The fight took place on June 29 in Khon Kaen. The fight was widely considered boring, as Knockout clinched through most of the fight to no warning from the referee. Nevertheless, he won the fight by unanimous decision to become a world champion.
Knockout made his first defense against Shin Ono, winning a wide unanimous decision. Knockout showed a less negative approach, dropping Ono in round 10 with a left hook. He went on to score a knockout against Go Odaira in his next fight on March 1, 2017. Knockout pummeled Odaira in round 4, dropping him once before the bell saved the latter from a stoppage. He then knocked out Odaira in round 5 with a right cross. Knockout's third defense came against Rey Loreto. Loreto managed to control the range of the fight early on, using his length over the smaller champion. However, as the fight went on, Knockout managed to close the distance and wear Loreto down with body shots. Knockout dropped Loreto with an overhand in round 9 to seal a unanimous decision win.
Knockout outpointed Xiong Chaozhong in his fifth title defense. This fight was also considered boring by observers. Xiong retired shortly after. The WBA named Byron Rojas as the next mandatory challenger and a rematch between Rojas and Knockout was signed for November 27, 2018. Knockout once again defeated Rojas by unanimous decision.
