Jamie Hendrie


James Malcolm Hendrie was a New Zealand rugby union player. A halfback, he was a guest player for the All Blacks against a President's XV in Perth, Western Australia when the team was en route to South Africa in 1970. Two games against Western Australian teams were played on Sunday, and Sid Going was unavailable for religious reasons.
Born in Singapore, he was educated at Clifton Hall School and Merchiston Castle School; both in Edinburgh, Scotland. He had played for the University of Western Australia for four years.
Jamie gone from strength to strength and is now a highly accomplished doctor and a fellow of the Australasian College of Emergency Medicine.
