Irena Lipowicz


Irena Lipowicz - jurist and politician from Poland. She was born on June 9, 1953 in Gliwice. She graduated from the Law Faculty of University of Silesia in Katowice. She was awarded the Grand Gold Decoration of Styria, the Great Golden Medal of Honour for Services to the Republic of Austria, the Commander's Cross of the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany.
