Iosif Shikin


Iosif Shikin - politician and diplomat from Soviet Union. He was born on August 26, 1906 in Vladimir Governorate and died on July 30, 1973 in Moscow. He was awarded the Order of the October Revolution, the Order of the Red Star, the Order of Suvorov, 1st class, the Order of Lenin, the Order of the Red Banner, the Order of the Red Banner of Labour.
