The InterContinental Boston is a hotel operated by the InterContinental Hotels Group. The waterfront-adjacent 21 story hotel is located at 510 Atlantic Avenue in Boston, Massachusetts. The InterContinental Boston opened in November 2006 as the first InterContinental Hotel in both Boston and New England. The hotel, designed by Boston-based firm Elkus Manfredi Architects, was awarded the “Hotel Development of the Year” at the 2007 Americas Lodging Investment Summit. The hotel is located across from the Financial District of Boston and overlooks the Rose Kennedy Greenway.
