Hermann Bahlsen was a German entrepreneur.

Life

In 1889, Bahlsen founded Hannoversche Keksfabrik H. Bahlsen in Hannover. He sold Leibniz-cookies.
Bahlsen's grandson, 61-year-old Alex Bahlsen, was the pilot of a small airplane when it crashed into Gabriola Island off the coast of British Columbia on 11 December 2019, killing everyone on board.
