Gmina Warta Bolesławiecka is a rural gmina in Bolesławiec County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Its seat is the village of Warta Bolesławiecka, which lies approximately south-east of Bolesławiec and west of the regional capital Wrocław.
