El Roi
El Roi is one of the names of God in the Hebrew Bible.
It is commonly translated as "the God who sees me" and is both a descriptive epithet for God using the word "El" and a modifier indicating a quality of God. It was first mentioned in the Book of Genesis, by Hagar, mother of Abraham's eldest son, Ishmael.
