Dmytro Pashytskyy


Dmytro Pashytskyy is a Ukrainian, Russian volleyball player, a member of Russian club VC Zenit Saint Petersburg, Estonian Champion, Baltic Champion, Russian Champion.

Personal life

Dmitry Pashitsky was born in Kiev but spent a significant part of his life in Riga, where he began to play volleyball.

Career

Clubs

Pashytskyy started his professional volleyball career in Estonian club Pärnu VK in 2009. Next season, he joined another Estonian club VK Selver Tallinn with which he won Estonian Championship, Estonian Cup and Baltic Championship in 2011.
In 2011, Pashytskyy moved to France to join the most decorated volleyball club in French history - AS Cannes VB. In 2013, he received an
LNV award for the best center of 2012/13 .
2014/15 season, Pashytskyy spent in Polish club MKS Cuprum Lubin. Не became the best blocker of 2014–15 PlusLiga by setting a new league record of per season that still remains unbroken. Also, he became the best scorer of the team, which is extremely unusual for players on middle blocker position.
In 2015, he joined Asseco Resovia Rzeszów, Polish Champion of the previous season, with which he became a silver medalist of Polish Championship and made it to the "Final 4" of 2015–16 CEV Champions League. In 2016, he was loaned to another Polish club Lotos Trefl Gdańsk for one year. During the Polish PlusLiga he received individual MVP awards nine times.
In 2017, Pashytskyy signed a contract with Russian club Kuzbass Kemerovo, with which he won the Russian Championship and Super Cup and made it to the semifinal of Men's CEV Cup in 2019.
In 2019/20 season, he became a bronze medalist of the Russian Championship and made it to the semifinal of 2019–20 CEV Champions League.
On June 15, 2020, Pashytskyy joined VC Zenit Saint Petersburg.
