Moncrief joined the Saskatchewan Roughriders in 2017, and had a career-best 73 tackles in 2019, making the CFL All-Star team.On January 10, 2020, Moncrief signed a reserve/future contract with the Las Vegas Raiders of the National Football League. He was waived on May 11, 2020.
