Curaleaf "engages in the production and distribution of cannabis products" across North America. The company is headquartered in Wakefield, Massachusetts, US. The chairman is Boris Jordan.
In May 2019, Curaleaf recorded the largest US cannabis sector acquisition with the purchase of cannabis oil manufacturer, Cura Partners, for about $950 million.
In March 2020, Curaleaf acquired Colorado based edibles maker BlueKudu, which is known for its infused chocolates and gummies. This move marks its first foray into the Colorado market.
