Christian Jensen Jr. Christian Jensen Jr. was born in Ephraim, Utah , later immigrating to Canada , where he became a successful businessman and farmer and rancher in rural Southern Alberta . He was instrumental in establishing several of the leading agricultural organizations in Alberta of the early 20th century .
