Ann E. Harrison
Ann E. Harrison is the Bank of America dean of the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.
Born in France, Harrison received her bachelor's degree at UC Berkeley and her PhD from Princeton University. An economist focused on international trade and global labor markets, she worked at the World Bank before joining the faculty of the Wharton School in 2012, where she was the William H. Wurster Professor of Multinational Management and of Business Economics and Public Policy.
Harrison is a research associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research. She was a member of the United Nations Committee for Development Policy from 2013 to 2018. She served as a professor at UC Berkeley from 2001 to 2011 and became the dean of Berkeley Haas on January 1, 2019.
