Andrés Townsend


Andrés Townsend - lawyer and politician from Peru. He was born on March 23, 1915 in Chiclayo and died on July 31, 1994 in Lima. He graduated from the National University of San Marcos, the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. He was awarded the Grand Cross of the Order of the Sun of Peru‎.
