Adolf Birkhofer


Adolf Birkhofer - physicist and university teacher from Germany. He was born on February 23, 1934 in Munich and died on November 9, 2019. He was awarded the Commander's Cross of the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany, the Wilhelm Exner Medal, the Otto-Hahn Prize of the City of Frankfurt am Main, the Bavarian Order of Merit, the Bavarian Maximilian Order for Science and Art.
