AFL Women's Grand Final
The AFL Women's Grand Final is an annual women's Australian rules football match to determine the AFL Women's premiers for that year. Each year, the winning club receives a premiership trophy and premiership flag; all players in the winning team receive a premiership medallion and a premiership ring.
The grand final was hosted by the minor premier in the first two seasons when no finals series existed, and was hosted by the preliminary final winner with the most premiership points in 2019 when a conference system was in place. This means that different venues have been used for the grand final over the opening three seasons of the competition: Metricon Stadium hosted the grand final in 2017, Ikon Park hosted the grand final in 2018 and Adelaide Oval hosted the grand final in 2019.
While there are currently no plans for a permanent grand final venue, the Carlton Football Club received $40 million in state and federal government funding to redevelop Ikon Park, its home ground and the largest-capacity surburban ground in Melbourne, into a state-of-the-art precinct that would become the official home of women's football in Victoria, with the idea that all grand finals hosted in Victoria would be played there.

The best-on-ground medal is presented to the player judged as best on the ground during the grand final by a panel of experts.
