1929 U.S. National Championships – Men's Singles


defeated Frank Hunter 3–6, 6–3, 4–6, 6–2, 6–4 in the final to win the Men's Singles tennis title at the 1929 U.S. National Championships. It was Tilden's seventh and final U.S. Championship title and his ninth Grand Slam title overall.
